Nutrition is an important part of a happy child. We provide a full breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack. We have a 2 week rotating menu with a variety of meals including fresh fruits, lots of vegetables, lean meats, Tillamook cheese, whole grain bread and milk. All nitrate free and some organic.

If Portland Public Schools (Multnomah County) are closed or starting late, so is Little Scholars Academy. We report weather-related schedule changes to the FlashAlert Newswire & Messenger network, which feeds to the local news media. You can go directly to FlashAlert and check our status by name, or check for “closures” listed on the media website links above. You may see the school district’s announcement before ours, since we follow their lead. Please note that a “2-hour late start” means that our schools will open at 9:00 a.m. “Closed” means for the entire day. You can find further clarification on our policies in your Parent Handbook.
